Correspondence and working papers relating to approvals for the subdivision of land. This series was created in 1991, following the implementation of the Resource Management Act, and each file is pre-fixed by the letters "RM" (Resource Management). Also includes index registers and ‘lapsed’ files – created within the Resource Management Act but not proceeded with (at a later date some may be reactivated).
From December 2009 the prefix RM was replaced with SUB (Ozone Computer system could not recognise RM). File numbers commence with SUB 501. Concordantly, Resource Management files end in 2009.
