How to Request Items
When requesting information please ensure you have stated:
- The full reference number (series - box - item), title and date(s);
- What information you are hoping to locate; and,
- Any other relevant information which may help our staff in locating further records related to the request.
Please note Palmerston North City Council and Whanganui District Council maintain their own archives facilities. Requests for information from these two collections need to be made to the respective institutions.
