Minutes of Authority Meetings and Meeanee Drainage Advisory Committee meetings

This series concerns a single bound volume of the Heretaunga Plains Underground Authority minutes from 1957 to 1973. The first meeting was held on Wednesday 11 September 1957. The commitee was an autonomous body with power to make By-Laws to control underground water in the Heretaunga Plains Underground Water Area.

The series also includes the minutes of the Meeanee Drainage Advisory Committee for 1959-1975 which was a joint Committee established between the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board, Napier City Council, Hawke's Bay County Council and the Taradale Borough Council.
