This series contains the minute books of the Waipawa Ngaruroro Rabbit Board (after 1968 the Waipawa Ngaruroro Pest Destruction Board and after 1969 renamed the Eastern Hawke's Bay Pest Destruction Board) for 1946 to 1973.
Meeting minutes were kept as a record of discussions, decisions and actions undertaken by the Board. Items covered in the minutes included the reading of inward and outward correspondence, accounts passed for payment, reports, housing, outstanding rates and eradication issues. The minutes are typed. There are no indexes but the minutes are in chronological order.
The series contains a complete set of books and the final volume contains the last minutes of this Board.
