Makerua Drainage Board Ledger

This series holds the ledger of the Makerua Drainage Board for 1929-1963. The ledger records the date of the entry, a short description of the entry and the amount concerned. The book is split into two halves. The first half is arranged alphabetically by account name, split up by letter tags. This section holds the sheets that were in use around 1963. The second half is listed alphabetically and behind a tag titled "Rent and Memorandum A/C" and hold all the older entries for pages that were full or for inactive accounts. No other ledgers were used by the Board after 1963.
