This series concerns the minute book for the Manawatu Rabbit Board (after 1968 the Manawatu Pest Destruction Board) for 1924-1989. The first meeting of the trustees was held in the County Office, Sanson, on Wednesday 14th May 1924. Items covered in the minutes include the reading of inward and outward correspondence, passing of accounts for payment, supervisors reports, staff issues and financial statements. There is no index but records are in chronological order. In the first book there are also gazette extracts regarding the Manawatu Rabbit Board and the trustees.
