Manawatu United Council Correspondence Card Indexes

This series holds index cards used by the Manawatu United Council to record correspondence received from outside organisations and people. Each organisation or person has a single card which records the file the letter was placed on, the date it was received and the subject of the letter. The cards are grouped by year and within that arranged alphabetically by name. These cards could be used as an alternative way of locating individual letters within the correspondence file series.
