Taihape Pest Destruction Board Correspondence Files

This series contains the correspondence of the Taihape Pest Destruction Board for 1956-1990. The bulk of the material dates from 1963-1990, with only a handful of papers being prior to 1963. The main correspondence sequence is grouped together by date and within that in alphabetical order by name. Inward correspondence is filed by sender and the outward correspondence is filed by recipient. In addition to the main sequence are a number of more general subject files which include balance sheets, rate payers’ lists, personnel wage sheets and a separate subset of correspondence for the South West North Island Pest Destruction Board.
