Taihape Pest Destruction Board Rates Penalties and Arrears Book

This series contains one rate book that was used by the Taihape Pest Destruction Board (prior to 1968 the Taihape Rabbit Board) to record rates penalties and arrears. The book records the assessment number (this cross references to the rate books), name of occupier, the rates paid the previously five years, the rates to be paid the current year, the penalty for non payment, the date and amount paid (if payment was made), receipt and arrears (if no payment was made). The book is organised by financial year and alphabetically by surname within that. The book was originally created by the Maungakeretu and Hautapu Rabbit Boards and their names are printed on the pages, the Taihape Rabbit Board has reused the volume and no information from the earlier Boards was retained.
