Descriptive Note

This series contains a set of decisions for Notified Planning Applications heard by the Horowhenua County. There is a page or two for each application, recording a description of it, the hearing and the decision. The numbering was reset to 1 after the creation of the Horowhenua District Council in 1989. After 1991 NPAs were replaced with Resource Consents. The papers were originally held in a lever arch folder, but have been rehoused into acid free folders. Where a single folder was too large to fit, it has been split into parts.
