• Council Chambers Committee, 16 February 1923 - 17 October 1923, (The purpose of this committee was the overseeing of the new Council chambers, the official opening for the Council chamber was held 25 October 1923. This committee may have been dissolved from that date)
• Finance Committee, 8 March 1918 - 13 April 1931
• Gasworks Committee, 15 June 1918 - 16 June 1927
• Library Committee, 11 March 1918 - 23 March 1926
• Public Works Committee, 6 March 1918 - 10 December 1928
• Reserves Committee, 10 August 1918 - 7 June 1929
• Town Hall Committee, 26 February 1918 - 28 October 1926
• Water and Drainage Committee and Special committees, 7 February 1919 - 27 July 1953.

It appears the earlier minutes for each committee are missing and are not found in the main council minutes. Committee minutes are arranged in alphabetical order then chronologically.
