Descriptive Note

A series of cadastral maps (mounted on sheets of hard-board) prepared by the Valuation Department of Central Government and annotated by the staff of P.N.C.C. Rates Office to show new subdivisions and changes in assessment numbers. This series was created in 1975 and was still in use in 1996. These boards cover different geographical areas of the city from boards in series 2/23/11. A key to the areas covered by each board is on the back of board 5. A second set of maps (corrected up to 1979), is also held in unmounted format. This set consists of 61 sheets.
