Descriptive Note
Chinese hanging scroll painting depicting an eagle perched on a branch. Gifted to the Mayor's Office by an unknown visiting Chinese delegation circa 2000.
Scroll has two black handled wooden rollers. Painting is watercolour on linen paper and has been applied to yellow linen backing. Print contains Mandarin writing and printing stamps. Contains original turquoise coloured and patterned box with Mandarin wiritng on front.
Dimensions of scroll: 1850mm (L) x 430mm (W).
