This scheme statement and code of ordinances incorporates the changes approved by Council on the 27th September, 1971. Town and Country Planning Act, 1953. Yellow cover with black printing. Soft cover, stapled, with black tape binding. A copy of the reviewed scheme, operative 1968, incorporating Change 26A, approved by Council on 27 September, 1971 and operative on 1 January, 1972. Change 26A related to a requirement of the Manawatu Catchment Board for land adjacent to stopbanks and river terraces, and amended Ordinances 1, 3, and 5.
