This is a copy of the alternative, publicly notified in June 1978. This document replaced the review document of 1976, which is described in this inventory as volume 43. This document contains a preface which outlines the history of the second review of the District Scheme, and states that this document was recommended by Council for public notification on 12 June 1978.
