City of Palmerston North District Scheme

The official signed copy of the reviewed schemes, operative on 1 June 1972. This change related to residential zonings. For further details, see subseries 7/3/6, change 32. This document contains a signed declaration that variation, (T.P.V. 32), was approved by Council on 22 May, 1972, and became operative on 1 June 1972; (Seal of Council affixed). It also contains a statutory declaration as to the procedure followed by Council, with regards to Change 32, signed by the Mayor on 29 May, 1972.
