Yellow cover with black printing. Soft cover, stapled. A copy of the proposed scheme for section III recommended by Council in 1969. Section III relates to areas of land on the north bank of the Manawatu River brought within the city by the boundary alterations of 1967. This volume contains a Certificate of Correctness signed by K. Nairn, Town Planner, certifying that this document is a true and correct copy of Section III of the District Scheme, recommended for approval by Council on 24 February, 1969.
