Yellow cover with black printing. Soft cover, stapled. Another copy of the proposed scheme for section iv, Aokautere, notified to public in 1972. Contains identical information to volume 20. This volume was probably printed in 1976, at the time the Council was defending section iv against the objections of Aokautere land owners for the volume is stamped with the stamp of Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, 25 February, 1976.
