Palmerston North City District Scheme Changes

Hard covered ring binder, with black and white mottled covers. This binder contains copies of replacement pages issued by City Planning Department for holders of the ring binder containing the District Scheme, operative from 21 September 1981, a copy of which is described as Volume 47 in this inventory. These replacement pages were issued between February 1982 and March 1987, but it is uncertain whether this binder contains a complete set of all replacement pages.
