Palmerston North City, District Scheme Review No.3

August 1991. This version of the District Scheme (signed by the Mayor and City Manager) was approved by the Planning Tribunal to be operational, in part. It was approved subject to specific exclusions: Aokautere (Variation 14) and Caccia Birch. Council staff worked with the partially operative District Scheme as it awaited the resolution by the Planning Tribunal (1993).
