- Certificates of Purchase of Burial Sites.
- Certificates from Justices of the Peace on letters/forms from a Funeral Director stating that the deceased had not left sufficient funds to pay for cemetery fees and that his/her friends and relatives are unable to pay the same and that the body of such deceased be buried/cremated free of charge in the terms of Section 49, sub-section 1, of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964.
