Registered subject files arranged in a block numeric classification system, using wrap-round, colour-coded file covers. This series contains records of all units of the Council which were housed in the Administration Building in The Square and was the first corporate-wide records system to be developed for Council use. The series commenced 1 July 1994, but some files contain earlier papers removed from files in predecessor series.
Arranged by City Archives into Series 50 - subject/correspondence files; Series 50A - Street/Property files; Series 50B - Easements/Leases/Miscellaneous documents/Certificates of Titles (Legal documents from the Property Office regarding Council properties).
Kept by the Records Office.
