Minutes of Board/Council Meetings

The first meeting of the Ohakune Town Board was held in the Ohakune Town Hall on Tuesday 18 August 1908. The last meeting of the Board was held on the 28th November 1911. The newly constituted Ohakune Borough Council held its first meeting on the 15 December 1911. The later volumes also include Agendas, list of correspondence, Reports and Recommendations from committees and the previous meeting minutes. This would also include copies of the full committee minutes and or Reports with recommendations. Volume numbers can be found on the minute books from 7 onwards, the minutes prior to this have been assigned volume numbers to maintain arrangement.
