Agenda for Council and Committee meetings

Agenda for Council meetings include reports from county clerk, treasurer, chairman, works superintendent, noxious weeds inspector, ranger, building inspector, health inspector, engineer and traffic officer, financial statements, estimates, lists of tabled correspondence, reports and recommendations arising form other meetings. Agenda for works and finance committee meetings include reports re plant and machinery, community Centre, reports from treasurer and works superintendent, approved National Roads Board allocations, proposed works programmes and recommendations to the Works and Finance Committee arising from other meetings. Estimates, minutes, pay sheets and reports which duplicate those in minute books or agenda of Council meetings have been destroyed.
