Inward and Outward Correspondence in Subject Files

Includes reports, circulars, legal documents election records, electoral rolls, copies of bylaws, district schemes and civil defence plans, financial statements, licence and permit records, contract documents and general inward and outward correspondence. More recent subject files are held in the Pahiatua Library strongroom and will need to be appraised and arranged into the archive at a later date.
