The Ian Matheson City Archives - Community Archives are records of local organisations, businesses, individuals and families. These are not listed on the Archives Central website and are held by the Heritage Team at Palmerston North City Library.

The Appendices to the Journals of the House of Representatives are a collection of government-related reports published every year from 1858. The reports cover many subjects, documenting the work of government departments and a wide range of other activities carried out by, or of interest to, the government of the day.

New Zealand Electronic Text Centre
The New Zealand Electronic Text Collection comprises significant New Zealand and Pacific Island texts and materials held by Victoria University of Wellington Library. This encompasses both digitised heritage material and born-digital resources.
New Zealand Acts as Enacted
This database has been provided by the Parliamentary Counsel Office and is a database of New Zealand Acts from 1841 to 2007 as originally enacted.
Papers Past contains more than two million pages of digitised New Zealand newspapers and periodicals. The collection covers the years 1839 to 1945 and includes circa 100 publications from all regions of New Zealand. The site also includes magazines and journals, letters and diaries, as well as parliamentary papers.
