The original series of specifications had its own numbering system, but this was superseded by numbers corresponding with the WCC/WDC plan numbers (series 168). These later numbers are used for this series. The original numbers 1-79 are included in the title of each item. The series itself was expanded at some time to include general reports on various subjects. Most items date from 1973-1999.
